For LRK Architects | Concept Sketch of Food and Wine Plaza

 

St. Andrew’s at Historic Hyde Park was proposed as a mixed-use development located on 340 acres with nearly 2,100,00 sf of commercial and residential uses. The property was sited directly across Route 9 from The Culinary Institute of America, the world’s premier culinary college. It was to feature a one-of-a-kind market plaza that would feature notable Culinary Alumni, a world class hotel and destination retail. The resort was also a springboard that connected the two main Hudson River Valley wine trails, the Dutchess and Shawangunk.
